Captain Amanda Zuber has led satellite launch activities for the 45th Space Wing since 2010. From processing satellites to overseeing their placement atop 200-foot tall rockets, Capt. Zuber oversees all of the technical operations at the Cape Canaveral launch site. In 2011, she was awarded the national-level “Women in Aerospace Achievement Award” in recognition of her outstanding contributions to aerospace and the importance of the 45th Space Wing mission to the nation. Capt. Zuber graduated with honors from Webster University’s MBA program this year and was recognized as Webster’s 2012 Outstanding Graduate for her perfect 4.0 GPA and her dedication to her Space Coast community.
