Our success relies on providing incomparable customer service in conjunction with meeting the needs of both customers and referral sources.
What is your business philosophy?
In both business and life it is important to treat others with the same fairness, decency and care you want to be treated.
What important business or life lessons have you learned so far as a result of your career?
Quality goal setting is necessary in order to bring a plan to fruition. No matter what though, obstacles will arise and setbacks will occur. It is impossible to prevent them. What I’ve learned is that having the right trustworthy people around me is crucial to quick adaptability and effective realignment so that I continue moving forward.
What motivates you?
Motivation comes from an unwillingness to be less than excellent…or go hungry.
What wisdom would you pass on to those getting started?
To someone just starting I would say: know why you are doing it, know what you want to accomplish, always study to know how to get it done, know when to adjust your course, and know who you can trust. Be slow to negativity, quick to positivity, but always realistic. Require accountability of yourself first and then every colleague.
What resources were most helpful to you when getting started?
The good name that had already been individually established in the community was very beneficial when we first started.
What do you consider your greatest accomplishment?
Today, our greatest accomplishment is still being here, still growing, and seeing the potential and ways for achieving more growth.
Is there one mistake or decision that you’ve made that you wish you could do differently?
Hindsight is 20/20. However, nothing good comes from harboring regret. The best use of past results is taking what was learned and applying it to present and future decisions.
