Realtor Profile: Vince Jackson

Vince Jackson
Sales Associate
A Brevard County native, Vince Jackson graduated from Cocoa High School in 1999. Soon after, Jackson discovered his passion for real estate as an assistant to a commercial broker. Upon earning his real estate license at the Academy of Real Estate in 2001, he secured a position at ERA Showcase, quickly becoming a top new agent by averaging one closing per month.
A few years later, Jackson joined the team at Re/Max Aerospace and found his niche working on sales of multi-family buildings, large parcels of land for development, new construction and luxury homes. During this time, Jackson ranked in the top 1 percent of Re/Max agents in Florida.
In 2004, Jackson was accepted into Leadership Brevard, and through this organization he learned more about the dynamics that make Brevard a great place to live, as well as future challenges facing the area.
Today, Jackson is a member of Hartung Real Estate, a company founded by one of Jackson’s real estate mentors, Jim Hartung. At Hartung, Jackson has undertaken large projects, and has developed a specialized knowledge of waterfront and golf course properties in the areas of Rockledge, Suntree and Viera. He is currently focused on the Turtle Creek Subdivision in Rockledge at the Turtle Creek Golf Course.
Jackson takes a proactive approach in listing and selling properties, networking with other top agents and contacting his sphere of influence. He also takes a direct and targeted approach to marketing. By thinking out of the box, Jackson believes he helps his clients reach their goals faster and better than traditional real estate tactics.
Jackson belongs to the Space Coast Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He lives in Viera with his wife, Michelle, and they are expecting their first child in October.
Turtle Creek Subdivision in Rockledge is a new 48-lot gated golf course community, featuring all custom homes built by Spring Water Homes. This spring, the builder’s 2,217 squarefoot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom model home was a platinum winner at the HBCA’s Parade of Homes and also won the award for the most energy efficient home. This model home, which is priced at $372,000 and situated on the 12th fairway, is currently Brevard’s most energy efficient home, and is the area’s only LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)- certified home.
The sole community in Brevard to offer this level of high-quality housing at prices starting in the high $200s (including land), homes in Turtle Creek range from 1,800 square-feet to roughly 4,000 square-feet. The community’s homes can be designed from scratch or buyers can choose from hundreds of leading design ideas. All new homebuyers receive a one year family membership at the Turtle Creek Golf Course.
Turtle Creek is minutes from the Avenue Viera, and offers direct access to Interstate 95 and Highway 528. Turtle Creek Golf Course is a heavily landscaped, traditional, Old Florida course with well-manicured fairways and greens. It’s one of the most wooded courses in Brevard and offers relaxation and seclusion.
The Spring Water Homes model is open Wednesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday by appointment only. Call Vince Jackson at 321-626-1570 or e-mail vkjackson2001@yahoo.com.
