The Treasury Department, on behalf of the Administration, announced this July that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) employer mandate provision would be delayed until 2015, which includes provisions that Applicable Large Employers (ALE) (i.e. those with 50+ employees) will be required to offer minimum essential coverage that is affordable to employees.
