Yvonne Clayborne has more than 20 years of experience in both private and public accounting, which translates into a variety of skills that help her deliver creative business and financial solutions.
Having received her bachelor degree from Florida State University, Clayborne serves clients throughout Central Florida, concentrating on not-for-profit organizations, construction companies, condominium and homeowners associations, and governmental entities. Promoted to a partner in November 2014 in the Melbourne office of Carr, Riggs & Ingram CPA’s and Advisors (CRI), a regional CPA firm, she specializes in consulting and assurance services – compilations and reviews of financial statements, and internal and external audits. Clayborne is engaged with the Brevard County community as a graduate of LEAD Brevard (Class of 2014) and is the vice chair of the Board of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra. Her passion for community service is put to good use at the Melbourne office of CRI as the partner liaison of the Community Involvement Committee and as the co-chair of the office’s 2015 United Way campaign.
Christine Noll-Rhan has been a certified public accountant (CPA) for close to 8 years.
She received her bachelor degree from Pennsylvania State University and masters degree from Florida Atlantic University. She became a partner in the regional accounting firm of CRI in November 2014. As a partner in the Melbourne office of CRI, she listens to her clients to ensure she is providing services tailored precisely to their needs. She works primarily with government contractors, employee benefit plans, not-for-profits and local government clients in the Central Florida area. She specializes in auditing and has an in-depth knowledge of both federal and state single audits, employee benefit plan regulations, agreed-upon procedures, and reviews and compilations. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the Florida Government Finance Officers’ Association (FGFOA). Christine spends most of her free time volunteering in the community. She is currently vice chair of Family Promise of Brevard, vice chair of the Visiting Nurses Association of the Space Coast, on the Finance Committee for the Brevard Schools Foundation, and serves as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.
