MARTHA SCHOLZ

Following a 25-year career in higher education at three national universities, Scholz began a second career as the founder and owner of Golf USA, a successful franchise retail golf store. Eleven years later, the business was sold and continues to operate as a well-known independent golf store.

Combining a lifelong “hobby” of real estate investment with a desire to help business owners find the right space and the right place for their businesses, Scholz earned a Florida real estate license and began a career in commercial real estate with CBRE, an international real estate firm with offices in Brevard County.

Today, Scholz focuses her efforts on assisting business owners in identifying the right location for their businesses, as well as negotiating the best terms for leases and the purchase of property.  In addition, as a member of the CBRE team, Scholz has access to a worldwide network of sales associates who can assist in identifying buyers for commercial properties or assisting clients in finding investment properties.
