Managing Shareholder, Kim Rezanka, is a seasoned litigator with more than 23 years of experience representing business entities and individuals in matters involving complex business contracts and concerns. Many of her cases have involved arduous land use and zoning issues. Ms. Rezanka is legal counsel to the Home Builders & Contractors Association of Brevard and serves on the Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. In addition, she is a member of the LEAD Brevard Board of Directors, and she was recently appointed to Florida’s Commission on Ethics by Governor Scott.
Claudia Haines Jones is a corporate and business lawyer whose practice is focused on physicians, physician group practices, and local businesses—both service and manufacturing. As a business lawyer, Ms. Jones represents her clients in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, the purchase and sale of businesses, and finance transactions. She is the Chair of the Finance and Governance Council of the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast and serves on its Executive Committee.
Michelle Naberhaus practices in the areas of probate litigation, trust litigation, and guardianship litigation, representing individuals and fiduciaries in estate-related litigation and complex guardianship proceedings throughout Florida. Ms. Naberhaus holds leadership positions on the boards of several community organizations including: Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, Brevard Cultural Alliance, The Haven for Children, and the Florida Institute of Technology Women’s Business Center.
Laura Minton Young is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Young represents individuals, businesses and banks in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate and financing including development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, lending, work-outs, land use and growth management, and agribusiness matters. She is the Chair of the Resource Development Council of the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast and she also serves on the board of Junior Achievement.
