Diana Figueroa, Esquire was born and raised in South Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1981 from Florida State University and her Juris Doctorate degree in 1985 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California.

Diana began working as an Assistant State Attorney for Brevard County then went into private practice and started her own law firm.  She is the founder of the Figueroa Law Group, which currently practices in the areas of family and criminal law covering a wide range of matters including divorce litigation, paternity, domestic violence, adoptions and criminal matters.

Diana has over 26 years of trial experience.  She takes pride in her ability to mitigate the cost of attorney’s fees to resolve cases without litigation when possible and with aggressive representation when needed. As the owner of the Figueroa Law Group, her firm has grown to a team of three attorneys. The firm’s staff is bilingual and is able to handle Spanish speaking clients and translations when needed.
