MELBOURNE, Fla., March 20, 2019 – GrayRobinson, P.A. strengthens its real estate practice with the addition of Michael Schneider, joining as shareholder in the firm’sMelbourne office. Schneider is the latest to join the growing Melbourne office, which announced the hiring of veteran commercial litigator Paul E. Parrish in June 2018 and the appointment of Managing Director Erik Shuman in September 2018.

“Michael has more than 20 years of experience handling real estate closings in Florida and is an invaluable addition to our real estate team,” said Shuman. “His reputable involvement with real estate title matters and in the community directly bolsters GrayRobinson’s breadth in Brevard County.”

Schneider joins the real estate practice group and will focus his practice on structuring real estate holdings and navigating real estate transactions.

Schneider previously owned and operated The Title Company of Brevard, Inc. for 14 years and gained a reputation for being accessible to real estate professionals and the public to help shepherd all manner of transactions through closing in a fair and equitable manner.

Schneider earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, his law degree from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University and his Master of Laws degree from the University of Miami.
