James M. Holz, Esq. is the founder of the Holz Law Group in Rockledge Fla. Mr. Holz graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. in 1999 with a degree in general studies with an emphasis in finance. He is a former front-line specialist clerk on the New York Stock Exchange for Bear Stearns Wagner Scott. Mr. Holz earned seven different financial-related licenses within his career. After the tragic events of 9/11, he left New York to pursue his law degree and graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2006. Holz practices criminal law and specializes in EB-5 project funding.
Mr. Holz’s passion for helping the local community along with his personal involvement with those affected by autism drove him to create Autism Early Enrichment, Inc., (AutismEarlyEnrichment.org). Autism Early Enrichment, Inc. is a local nonprofit with the mission to assist children diagnosed with autism in Brevard County by awarding scholarships through existing programs and grants to autism organizations that assist children with autism and other developmental delays.
Mr. Holz is an associate of Florida EB5 Investments LLC. He counsels a broad spectrum of individuals, clients and institutions with an emphasis on advising high-net-worth individuals on investment-oriented immigration routes such as the EB-5 visa program. He is highly proficient and experienced in EB-5 law and practice, with hands-on experience setting up, working with and establishing EB-5 projects, both direct pooled investments and Regional Centers nationwide. Holz is the local EB-5 representative who has assisted in the founding of Puzzle Box Academy, Inc., (PuzzleBoxAcademy.com).
