Joy Winslow joined Fidelity Bank of Florida in May 2013 as vice president of residential mortgage loans. She is responsible for developing relationships with prospective borrowers in the area, specifically within the real estate community. She provides consumers with personalized, high-level assistance to complete mortgage loan applications, explains the required supporting documentation and guides the customer through the lending process from start to finish.

When asked what she liked most about her job, she replied, “Helping to make people’s dreams become a reality.”

Working for a community bank presents the opportunity to personally help prospective buyers, face to face, instead of random representatives on an 800 number or website. Winslow offers conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, new construction/perm, lot loans, refinance with cash out, doublewide manufactured homes and portfolio loan products to meet the needs of borrowers. Fidelity Bank of Florida is a Member FDIC and Equal Housing Lender where all loans are subject to approval.

Winslow brings more than 25 years of residential lending experience with community banks in Brevard County. She volunteers her time with the Space Coast Board of Realtors on its Brevard Children In Need committee, which provides for homeless children and families throughout Brevard County.  She also works on an event with the Cocoa Beach Hilton that provides high school prom attire and tickets to children who could not otherwise afford to attend their Prom.

Winslow has resided in Brevard County since 1981. She raised two daughters in Titusville and now enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren.
