Kathleen Hawkins is an accomplished business consultant, speaker, and published author. In 2007, she founded the first chapter of Women on a Mission to Earn a Commission (WOAMTEC). WOAMTEC has a philosophy of helping women promote and grow their businesses while keeping life balanced. The group has grown to include more than 50 chapters and over 1,000 members in America.
Personally, Kathleen is a foster parent and adoptive mother of three. She has won numerous awards from many organizations for her contribution to strengthen businesses, empower communities, and help children everywhere.
In 2009, she opened the WOAMTEC Foundation. The foundation is a charitable arm of the existing women’s business building group. The foundation assists women and children who have been abused, neglected, and abandoned through no fault of their own. It is her goal to empower women and young adults with the Courage to Dream and provide a lifeline of support to help their dreams come true.
