Kathryn Rudloff holds a Bachelor of Science in political science from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in political management from George Washington University. She spent eight years working in Republican politics in Washington D.C., California and Florida and worked for two prominent Capitol Hill leadership offices – the National Republican Congressional Committee and the House Republican Conference. She left D.C. to follow her passion for campaigning to California, where she was a deputy field director for the California Republican Party.
In 2007, she moved to Florida, where she assisted in a State House special election and local campaign to support bringing rail to Central Florida before joining the presidential campaign of Mayor Rudy Giuliani as his Florida director of field operations. After Mayor Giuliani resigned from the race in early 2008, Rudloff became the campaign manager and later district director for Congressman Bill Posey. Since 2010, Rudloff has enjoyed being a stay- at-home mom for her two small children, as well as volunteering with the Junior League of South Brevard, MOPS ministry and The Haven for Children. She and her husband, Alex, enjoy travel and all things Disney.
In December of 2015, she was hired to be the executive director for Business Voice Political Committee. This organization engages businesses from across Brevard County and the Central Florida Region to provide a cohesive voice in political advocacy at the state, regional and local levels. Business Voice is operated on a non-partisan basis to promote pro-business candidates and a pro-business legislative agenda. Business Voice will be focusing on state legislative and county races and is already engaging with candidates.
