Tuttle-Armfield-Wagner Appraisals & Research, Inc. is excited to introduce Matthew W. Jehs as the new managing director. Matthew is both a certified general real estate appraiser and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Outside of the firm, he also sits on the executive committee of the East Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
He began his appraisal career in Chicago, but has been with T-A-W since 2004. He is responsible for management of the firm, client liaison, business development, appraisal production and appraiser training. Over the last 10 years, Matthew has appraised over
$1 billion worth of real estate property in Brevard County. The firm’s concentration of work is for most property types prevalent in Brevard County and clients include banks, attorneys, government agencies and property owners. Unique valuations have included the Shuttle Landing Facility at KSC, Port Canaveral holdings, solar farms and residential subdivision analysis and forecasts.
