MBV Engineering, Inc. started as a small engineering office in Vero Beach in 1983. Since then, under the leadership of Bruce Moia, P.E., president; Aaron Bowles, P.E., vice president civil; and Rodolfo Villamizar, P.E., vice president structural, it now offers services from its Melbourne and Fort Pierce offices as well. This expansion has allowed MBV to better serve its customer base statewide, ranging from Volusia to St. Lucie County.

MBV offers a full array of services, including civil, structural and environmental engineering, land surveying, and construction administration. With its staff of engineers, engineering interns, surveyors, inspectors, technicians and administrative staff, MBV provides complete in-house services for most engineering projects, from concept to completion. The firm has developed a reputation for the ability to complete high-quality projects on time and within budget. Its specialty is land development, but provides niche services such as concrete restoration design, roadway, taxiway and runway rehabilitation design, and continuing community engineering for large residential developments.

“It is our commitment to customer service that has allowed us to grow and maintain a large base of return customers,” said Moia. “We believe that developing relationships and providing quality, affordable service is the key to long-term success in this field. We see a current uptick in both commercial and residential developments, and foresee continued growth in the near future.”
