Executives: Kirk Kessel, Charlotte Wienckoski and Tom Wienckoski
Tom Wienckoski and Kirk Kessel are two of the area’s premier entrepreneurs. Wienckoski founded MC Assembly when he was just 28 years old and grew it to more than 1,000 employees before selling it in 2005. Kessel’s development and real estate successes dot the county, and with his partner in Century 21 Spectrum, Fine Home and Estate Division, he boasted more than $30 million in sales in 2012.
So why this new venture? Kessel explained, “In our minds, there were several opportunities and niche markets not being served.” Wienckoski elaborated further, “We wanted to provide a level of service to our customers by taking the time to really understand their individual needs and then match them up with the right carriers and products; this is how you save people money in the insurance industry. We educate our customers as to all of the options available to them so they can make a very informed decision.”
Then he added, “We put together a great mix of the most experienced personnel and finest carriers available; this helps ensure that our customers are getting the correct coverage at the best possible price. In fact, our president, VP of personal line and VP of commercial lines have approximately 70 years of experience between them – and there is no substitute for experience.
The company will soon be opening a Viera office.
