Pamela R. Reed is chief executive officer at Kindred Hospital Melbourne. She has been with the hospital since 2009, and has served successfully in various roles including chief clinical officer, director of quality management/risk management, infection control preventionist and as a critical care nurse.
Over the span of 30 years, Reed successfully served in various hospital administration leadership roles. She was nominated for and successfully completed the Kindred Healthcare Executive Nurse Leadership Program in 2013, and in the same year was recognized as the CCO of the Year for Kindred Healthcare Inc. — Hospital Division. Reed holds a Master of Science, Bachelor of Science and associate degree in nursing. She is a licensed healthcare risk manager for the State of Florida.
Reed enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family, as well as outdoor activities such as running, walking, bike riding and traveling.
