Where did you attend college?

I received my education in China.  I attended Xin’an University of Finance and Economics.  At the time, I was one of the first students in China to study and graduate with a degree in finance. However, I learned about the American culture from my customers.

“Nothing in the world is too hard to do, if a person sets his/her mind on doing it.”

Inspiration to go into the restaurant business?

This question is easy to answer and hard to answer.  In the beginning, I had to make a living.  Later, I found I loved it.  The restaurant business can bring you into contact with a lot of people and enable you to make friends.  Therefore, I am planning to open a second restaurant and to add others in the next ten years.

Who has inspired you?

Andrew Carnegie, because of his diligence and team.  His gravestone epitaph is: “Here lies a man who knew how to enlist the service of better men than himself.”
