Clifford Raymond Repperger, Jr. focuses his practice on land use and development, real estate transactions and local government law. Repperger brings to the firm a vast amount of current and prior experience representing and working closely with numerous public sector agencies at municipal, county and state levels. He places substantial emphasis on achieving successful results for both private and public clients through his established positive and productive working relationships with these agencies. A member of the Florida Bar since 1996, Repperger is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
In addition to representing private clients, Repperger currently serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Melbourne Beach. He is also General Counsel to the Barefoot Bay Recreation District. He formerly served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Cape Coral, Assistant County Attorney for the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners, Board Attorney for the Brevard County Contractors’ Licensing Board, General Counsel to the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections, and Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit.
Repperger received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1996 and obtained his undergraduate degree in advertising from the University of Florida in 1993.
Repperger has been a resident of Brevard County since 1999. Prior to joining Rossway Swan, he served as an attorney and shareholder in one of Florida’s largest statewide law firms for 13 years. Repperger’s decision to join Rossway Swan was based on the firm’s status as the area’s preeminent regionally based, full-service law firm. ◆
