Lauri DudaLauri Duda was appointed as corporate vice president and officer of real estate for A. Duda & Sons, Inc., and vice president, marketing for The Viera Company in 2009. In this position, she is responsible for marketing, promotional and advertising activities for The Viera Company and its master-planned community of Viera, and The Viera Company’s various business entities including Viera Realty and Viera Builders. Prior to this appointment, Duda served as vice president, meal solutions for DUDA’s processed foods division and for several years as vice president of marketing for DUDA’s fresh produce division.

Duda earned a master’s degree in business administration from Rollins College, and a bachelor of science degree in public relations from the University of Alabama. She is a graduate of the Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources through the University of Florida.

Professional affiliations have included serving as a member of the USDA Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee, the Trade Committee of the United Fresh Produce Association, Winter Park Hospital board for Women and Children, and Rollins College. She currently serves as vice president of the Viera Community Institute Board of Directors, and as a new member of the 2016 Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber Board of Directors.

Duda is the proud mother of two daughters: Emily and Sarah.


Stephanie ByrdStephanie Byrd joined The Viera Company in 2007, and over the last six years she has worked with the marketing department to develop their digital media landscape, maintain company brand, and provide support to The Viera Company entities in the development of their own marketing programs.

Byrd is responsible for managing the marketing strategies, including design and implementation of all print, web and media materials. In addition, she is also the creative director for Viera Vision magazine and earned an Addy Award in 2014.

Professional affiliations have included Get Social Brevard and School Board of Brevard County Boundary Advisory Committee. She currently serves as a board member with Harmony Farms Equine Assisted Therapy. Byrd graduated from Full Sail University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Internet Marketing and is a member of the SAG/Aftra Guild.

Relocating to Viera, Florida from Los Angeles was a big change but with her husband and two daughters the move to be closer to family was ‘priceless’.


Lexie DoyleLexie Doyle is the Event and Marketing Specialist for The Viera Company and serves as Secretary on The Viera Community Institute’s Board of Directors.

After graduating with her Master’s in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Ulster in Belfast, N. Ireland, Lexie began working for Imaginarium Agency – the creative team responsible for Tampa Bay Comic Con, Indiana Comic Con and San Francisco Comic Con. Calling upon creativity and years of event management experience, Lexie hopes to continue to grow Viera’s signature events into even more interactive and playful productions for years to come. After a successful 2015, her sights are now set on a bigger and better 2016 for Light Up Viera, Viera Wetlands Nature Festival and Great American Celebration – to name a few.


Carmen VastolaCarmen Vastola moved to Brevard County from Long Island, NY, in 1998. She obtained her Florida real estate license in 2006, and began working for The Viera Company in 2013. As the Supervisor of the Viera Discovery Center, Carmen has the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the Center, as well as attending Expos and touring Viera with out-of-area visitors.

She and her two Ambassadors passionately share the lifestyle concept of Viera and all the wonderful amenities the community has to offer to visitors, including realtors and their clients. Her team enjoys promoting the Center as the first stopping point for those who wish to learn about the new homes, the family history, and Viera’s future growth plans.

Vastola enjoys her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and participating each year in the community’s breast cancer and heart disease benefit runs.
